The site was started back in 1999 as a project in web design. Unsure about what topic to use as a starting point for the site, and as a keen collector, I decided to use the work of Susie Cooper as the theme. Back in the late 1990s most sites had to be coded by hand and I began the slow process of learning HTML.

Nearly seven years on and the internet is as much a part of our lives as our cars or mobile phones, the wealth of resources that can be found on the net means that we can quickly update the look of web sites by using and modify templates provided by designers through sites like Open Source Web Design. So here we are with a new look for Spring 2006*. Hope you like it.
